Will you migrate my service from my current provider?

We can do a cPanel to cPanel migration as well. However, DirectAdmin to cPanel migrations are not supported at this moment.

Will I face any downtime during the migration?
99.9 per cent of the time we will be able to migrate your sites without any downtime at all.
During the migration your data is present on both the old and new servers, meaning you completely avoid any disruption. Firstly, we copy your site onto our systems then present you with a preview URL. Once you have checked how your site looks and performs we finalise the move. Following that you will receive instructions on how to update your nameservers.
If you want your migration to be scheduled and performed during a specific time window, we can do that as well.
How long will it take for my Managed VPS to be setup?
All our Managed VPS servers with cPanel are provisioned within 4 hours after we have received your order. We ensure that your VPS is delivered to you fully optimized, configured and secured with the latest stable version of all the software running on it.

Do I get full root access to my VPS?
Yes, you may, although we do not expect you to require root access to your Managed VPS Server since our services are truly fully managed. Should there be the need for you to login to the server via SSH as root you can do so at any point of time.
